  • Avoid distractions and loud noises.

  • Use visual cues and gestures to help convey your message.

  • Be patient and give them time to process information.

  • Ask questions that can be answered with a simple "yes" or "no".

  • Avoid correcting them if they make a mistake or say something that doesn't make sense.
